To open an account with Penny Black, we need the following:

1. A valid business license and/or tax ID.
2. California Businesses only: Please fill out the Resale Permit Form when placing an order.
3. A short list of other stamping manufacturers you purchase from directly.
4. Minimums for open orders:
   Domestic Accounts - $200.00, 2 stamps per design / Reorders $75.00
   International Accounts - $300.00, 2 stamps per design / Reorders $100.00
5. Credit Cards: Visa & Mastercard accepted. Further purchase details available on price lists.

Once we receive your account information, we will send you the codes necessary to access the retailer login. The retailer login site offers additional customer details, as well as downloadable price lists, orders forms, UPC codes, and Board Programs.
